H1N1 Vaccines to be given at Alb. schools
The NM Department of Health will be providing Saturday H1N1 vaccine clinics at City of Albuquerque community centers near your school during the month of February.
A list of clinics indicating which schools are invited to participate each Saturday is linked.
Consent forms are available on the APS website and will be available at the clinic sites.
